The recent news of Caterpillar moving its main headquarters to Chicago has been on everyone’s minds. The news media has done a good job of noting how our economy has diversified over the years. But what’s getting lost in all the negative news about this situation is the number of businesses that call Peoria their headquarters. Some of these businesses are fairly obvious to the general public. However, many are not.

A small handful of local business leaders have conceived a movement that highlights businesses such as yours that call the greater Peoria-area their headquarters and the contribution they make to our economy. We ask you to join in our movement to tell everyone, “Peoria is My Headquarters!”
